How do I place an order?

Please fill out the form on order page with the details of your order.

We don't have a true online "store" to keep costs down.

What are my payment options?

Once received, your order will be manually processed, and you will be emailed the final total cost with payment instructions. This total cost will be calculated based on the cost of products and shipping.

Payments are preferred by direct bank transfer to our BNZ bank, though we do accept PayPal payments and can take international payments.

How are items shipped?

We use NZ Post to send out our products from our rural address. Shipping cost depends on the weight and destination of your order.

Please specify "Courier" for a faster tracked service. While every effort is made to ship your items quickly and safely, we are not responsible for shipping problems or lost items.

When will you send my order?

Once the payment for your order has been received, we will dispatch your products. It can take a day or two for payments to clear, we will email to confirm when your parcel is on the way to you.

Please allow plenty of time for your order, as it is all processed manually to provide you with the most cost effective shipping solution.

Can I return products?

Due to the nature of these health products, we can't accept returns but will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

What is your wholesale price?

We want these products to help as many people as possible, so our prices are as low as we can set them to cover production costs. We don't have a lower wholesale price, but we are happy for you to sell our products with a mark-up or can provide bulk kumarahou without packaging etc. by arrangement.
